How to Return

  • • We now have a local returns address in New Zealand!
  • • For a store credit or refund, please include the completed returns form (included in your original order) with your items and send to the following address:

Refund or Store Credit

  • • A store credit can be used to make a new purchase (within 12 months). You can log into your Princess Polly account any time to check your balance. We don't provide exchanges for international customers, however you can make an exchange using your store credit.

Processing Time

  • • We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your items!

  • • We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.  

Returns Policy

  • • Items can be returned within 30 days of successful delivery for a store credit or refund. This includes sale items.

  • • Items do not have to be returned to our destination within 30 days however the return process must be initiated within 30 days of successful delivery.

  • • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

  • • For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.   

  • • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

  • • No restock fees apply.

  • • You’ll need to pay the postage cost to send it back to us.
