New Zealand

How to Return:

Book a New Zealand return here www.princesspolly.com/bookreturn

We have a local returns address in New Zealand for our NZ gals to post their returns to by following these easy steps!

  1. 1. Complete the returns form (included in your original order, or download the returns form here). Place your return items & form into the mailing bag and reseal it. 
  2. 2. Book your return here www.princesspolly.com/bookreturn, where you will be redirected to buy and print a return shipping label. The label will cost $NZ8.50, and you will receive the label via email. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder. 
  3. 3. Stick your label to the outside of the mailing bag covering any previous shipping information. Then you can drop your parcel in at any New Zealand post office or box.

Refund or Store Credit

  • • You can choose to receive a refund, or a store credit which is valid 12 months. You can log into your Princess Polly account any time to check your balance. We don't provide exchanges for international customers, however you can make an exchange using your store credit.

Processing Time

  • • We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your items!

  • • We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.  

Returns Policy

  • • Items can be returned within 30 days of successful delivery for a store credit or refund. This includes sale items.

  • • Items do not have to be returned to our destination within 30 days however the return process must be initiated within 30 days of successful delivery.

  • • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

  • • For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.   

  • • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

  • • No restock fees apply.

  • • You’ll need to pay the postage cost to send it back to us.

We now have a local returns address in California for our US gals to post their returns to by following these easy steps!

  1. 1. Complete the returns form (included in your original order, or download the returns form here). Place your return items & form into the mailing bag and reseal it. 
  2. 2. Book your return here www.princesspolly.com/bookreturn, where you will be directed to buy and print a return shipping label. The label will cost $US8.99, and you will receive the label via email. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder. 
  3. 3. Stick your label to the outside of the mailing bag covering any previous shipping information. Then you can drop your parcel in at any USPS post office or box.
