FREE RETURNS FOR ORDERS OVER $100 (Australia Only)

  • • When you spend over $100 your order will include a free return shipping label. 

  • • For orders under $100 you’ll need to pay the postage cost to send it back to us.

How to Return 


Returns Policy

  • • Items can be returned within 30 days of successful delivery for an exchange, store credit, refund or repair (if applicable).

  • • Items do not have to be returned to our destination within 30 days however the return process must be initiated within 30 days of successful delivery.

  • • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

  • • For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, undergarments cannot be returned.   

  • • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

  • • No restock fees apply.

Making a Return when Using Afterpay

  • • When you use our pay over time service Afterpay you have the option to return one or all of your items for a full refund. Your refund will take approximately 3-5 business days and will be refunded to the same account.

  • • If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due you have the option to cancel the entire payment plan which means you pay nothing.  This allows you to try before you buy!

  • • If the first payment instalment has already been made when you return the items to us we can cancel the rest of your payment plan as well as refund the initial payment you have made.

  • • If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favourites this is still fine!  We’ll just remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay payment plan.  Your original instalment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log in to your AfterPay account to view your updated payment schedule at any time!  Easy!   

Store Credit

  • • Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit unless you have requested an exchange, repaid or refund or made payment with Afterpay and selected your payment plan to be cancelled.

  • • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

  • • Store Credit can be used to purchase gift cards.

  • • You can log into your Princess Polly account any time to check the balance of your Store Credit.

Exchange

  • • If you would like to make an exchange please complete the returns form with the details of your requested exchange.

  • • Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.

  • • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a Store Credit to use at your leisure.

Processing Time

  • • We process all returns within 2 days of receiving your items!

  • • We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.  

Faulty Items

  • • Please email hi@princesspolly.com.au if you believe your garment has a fault.  We will treat this with the highest of priority.  

Refunds

  • • Once your refund has been approved, we will process the same day. Your refund will take approximately 3-5 business days and will be refunded to the same account that you made the purchase with. Refunds will be given for faulty or misrepresented products.

 

New Zealand 

How to Return

  • • We now have a local returns address in New Zealand!
  • • For a store credit or refund, please include the completed returns form (included in your original order) with your items and send to the following address:
